At KCLI we recognize the demands that leaders may have as they juggle the important areas of life such as serving God, Family, Work, Health and Friends.  This does not, however, undermine the love of learning and the passion for continued self improvement and personal growth.  With this in mind we offer two options of studies for students to choose from according to their availability and life demands.

Two Options of Study: "Graded" or "Audit" Status

 

Graded Status: Students enroll, study, write exams and work towards earning credits for a Diploma or a Degree.  The student will listen to a DVD, read workbook and other materials, after which a 10 Page Essay is submitted for grading.  At registration directions for writing the Essay will be given.

Audit Status: Students enrol, receive teaching and training without taking exams.  Jesus taught His disciples with a "Rabbinic" style of Christian Education and Training for powerful and dynamic Leadership.  They became great leaders of influence and impact in all areas of society and nations.  Audited Students have the opportunity to gain knowledge and receive Kingdom impartation from our great Teachers and Faculty without writing exams.  Students may receive "Certificates" at each level.  In our business and career world there is now a demand for leaders to adopt continuous learning and improvement as a lifestyle, and with "Certificates" as proof.  Audit students may convert from an "audit" status to a "graded" status later by submitting an application.
